The PHQ-9 (depression screening) and GAD-7 (anxiety screening) questionnaires available on this platform are clinically validated tools commonly used in healthcare settings. On Depth Profile, they are presented for informational and educational purposes only — not as clinical assessments.

The Big Five (OCEAN) model is one of the most empirically validated frameworks in personality psychology and forms the foundation of our assessments.
Other frameworks — including our MBTI-style type indicator — are derived from published psychological frameworks and are useful approximations, not clinical instruments. No personality assessment is perfectly accurate.
We make no guarantees about the accuracy, validity, or clinical utility of any results generated on this platform. Use them as a starting point for self-reflection, not as definitive conclusions.

Depth Profile is intended for users 16 and older. The Mental Wellness pathway includes PHQ-9 and GAD-7 items that are clinically validated for adults. We don't knowingly serve users under 16.
